I asked for a refund days ago and it's still not on my account. Why is this the case?

Once the refund is sent out from our end, it should take 5-7 business days to reflect on your account. Financial institutions such as banks would normally have their processing time when receiving funds back. You may check with your bank to confirm when you'll see the funds on your account.
